Our Preferred Method of Payment is paypal. We also accept Visa, MC, Discover or Bank Wire Transfer. For International orders we only accept Paypal or Bank Wire Transfer.

Shipping:
Our standard method of shipment for domestic is UPS Ground. For international shipments we use UPS, USPS & TNT. If shipping via USPS the insurance limit is 500.00. For questions regarding shipping please email your details to medbay@msn.com

Please Note: We do arrange shipping for all items we sell.  We charge a flat $45.00 packaging fee for palletizing items too large to ship in a box.  We use a standard truck line service to ship larger items. Larger items may need to be crated before international shipment . We charge 7% sales tax in the state of Florida
Please provide a telephone number for shipment and specify destination address as residential or commercial. Failure to do so can delay delivery of your item. 
If applicable, upon sale of the item we will fax or email an FDA form.  Please complete entire form and fax to 941.237.5000.
Note: Not all items require an FDA form.
