This product is used, but thoroughly sterilized and comes complete with original instructions, fridge magnet (with milk storage guide on it), branded freezer bag (unused), backpack with zippered bottom compartment storing the pump and charger/ cords, and insulated bottle storage bag. I used it for only three months with my first baby and two months with my second baby.

Hand pump (unused) also included.
