DressHollywood.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. All orders with Dress Hollywood are shipped using FedEx. Tracking numbers will be provided by FedEx when each order is sent out.

All international shipments are subject to additional duties and taxes fees, which will be billed directly to you via FedEx. Due to revised customs regulations, we can no longer ship articles of clothing to Mexico. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from Dress Hollywood, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), the cost of returning the package to Dress Hollywood and a re-stocking fee.

Return Policy
Since all our items come directly from the movie studios, all sales are final. Items are sold as is. (Note: Exceptions may be considered therefore specific items may be returned for store credit only.) Any exchanges agreed to are accepted within 10 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL original tags attached.
