• Product Returns are always accepted without question. Simply return your purchase within 3 days from the date received and we will cheerfully refund your purchase price less postage, shipping & handling fees.
• Feedback: Your complete satisfaction is our top priority and how we ultimately measure our success. We presently enjoy over 900+ Positive Feedbacks and take great pride in our Service Excellence. However, we do occasionally make mistakes. If an oversight does occur, please allow us an opportunity to satisfy you prior to leaving feedback.

• Product Condition: Most worthwhile collectables have experienced some normal and gentle use over the years. Therefore, photographs often are the greatest testament to actual condition. Please study our pictures carefully and ask questions prior to bidding. 
• Product Descriptions: If descriptions are significantly incorrect, we will refund your entire purchase price, plus postage, insurance & handling.
• Shipping & Insurance: We are pleased to combine shipments to reduce costs. All items purchased are carefully packed, insured and shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail International ONLY. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, the processing of an insurance claim will be the buyer’s responsibility. Interested parties should investigate Insurance limits prior to bidding as value limits may be imposed. Any uninsured loss will be the responsibility of the buyer.
