This is a Whimsie doll- she was produced in 1960 by American Character- she goes by two different names: Dixie the Pixie or Polly the Lolly- she wears her original dress and undies(elastic loose and a little mark on her dress) and her hair is in its original turned up bangs. She does not appear to have ever been played with but does have some discoloration as shown- probably just from age. (on her face, her bangs cover almost all of it) She is a darling!! I also have her sister- Tillie the Talker up as well.
