This is a Whimsie doll- she was produced in 1960 by American Character- she goes by Tillie the Talker- she wears her two piece print shirt with football players on it and red shorts(elastic loose and a little bit of the seam on the right sleeve needs to be resewn) and her hair is pulled back in a ponytail (red string is new) She is a darling!! I also have her sister- Dixie the Pixie up as well.
