Shipping Damage

If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. If shipping damage is not apparent until after the driver leaves, please contact UPS claims at 1-800-744-5877. After initiating the claim, please contact us and we will issue a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.

This product is covered by a 90 day manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The packing slip or shipping confirmation notice is considered proof of purchase from Dealmonger and can be used for any warranty claims. Returns and Exchanges

At Dealmonger we guarantee that our customers will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. If the product you receive is defective contact us within 30 days of shipment and we will setup an exchange if we have the same product in stock.

If the unit is no longer in stock we will refund you the full purchase price upon receipt of the returned product. If after 30 days from shipment the product is defective simply contact the manufacturer using the information above.

No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. Please make sure to contact us prior to returning a product so we can setup a RMA for you. We do not accept returns for product sold exactly as described nor allow trades.

If the item is defective an exchange must be done, returns for refunds are discouraged. If you wish to return the product for a refund a 20% restocking fee will apply and you will be held responsible for shipping charges.
