Most important:  Your bid is a contract.  YOU BID, YOU WIN, YOU PAY!   Ebay sellers must pay a variety of fees once an item is won, so if you don't pay for your item, it is 100% guaranteed that I will file a dispute with Ebay Dispute Console to mediate the situation.  Your bid is a commitment to buy; if you don't intend to honor that commitment, please don't bid.  I am one of the fairest sellers you will encounter, but I don't like being ripped off any more than the next person.

If you have less than "1" feedback and are seriously interested in bidding and paying for the item, please email me PRIOR to placing your bid.  Let me know if you will pay with your PAYPAL account or if you will send a money order or cashiers check if you are the winning bidder.  If you bid without contacting me, I will assume you haven't read through the auction terms and I reserve the right to cancel your bid and block any future bidding.  This is due to a high number of individuals who simply place a bid with no intention of completing the transaction.  When someone wins an auction, I have fees to pay to Ebay.  If you don't pay me, I'm stuck!  And I don't like that.

Also, international bidders, inquire about shipping charges PRIOR TO BIDDING.  Please don't bid and then dispute the shipping charges listed on your invoice.  My overseas shipping charges are almost always within a dollar or two of actual shipping costs so know that I am very fair.  But if you bid without inquiring about the final shipping costs, you are still responsible for completing the transaction anyway.  I ONLY SHIP USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL out of the US.  It is fast, and it is trackable which benefits BOTH of us!

Unless explicitly stated "NEW", all items are preowned and are sold AS IS.    They are NOT sold on approval so please ask questions beforehand as I will disclose any and all imperfections I observe upfront.  My excellent feedback reputaton speaks for itself, but know beforehand that I will NOT make refunds because you don't like something or because it doesn't fit.  I will almost always give measurements........please use a tape measure to "see" how large something is before bidding.

If you want to insure your item, that is YOUR responsibility, and the cost is stated in the terms.  I am not responsible for items once they leave my possession if they have not been insured.  Be assured I will package all fragile items carefully and thoroughly using a variety of packaging materials.  The cost of the packing materials is figured into the shipping cost.

 I utilize USPS tracking information for every item I send.   I do not provide refunds for items UNLESS I have misrepresented an item.  Because I am human, I do make an error on occasion, and I'm the first to own up to it.  Please contact me.  Very rarely, someone makes a claim that an item was flawed, and at that point, it becomes a judgment call.  The very few negative feedbacks I have received are from individuals who were very unreasonable (one gave me negative feedback 54 days after the transaction was over following MY negative feedback to him for nonpayment!)
