Returns, Refunds: I want you to be completely satisfied with your purcahse. If not simply return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and insurance which are "non-refundable", plus a 10% restocking fee. Item must be in new unopened condition, shrinkwrapped items are not returnable once opened. You receive a Full refund if I have significantly misrepresented the auction description".
