Fees
Please use the shipping calculate to determine shipping fees before bidding. Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item, shipping destination and a handling fee of $3.00 per auction. Delivery confirmation is free and is included with each shipment. Insurance is NOT included in these fees.

Insurance
Insurance is optional up to $50 and is recommended unless the item is fragile. Fragile items will be required to add insurance (unless choosing UPS) at any bid amount. Items with a bid over $50 are required to purchase insurance.  If payment is made without adding the insurance amount (unless choosing UPS) we will not ship your item out until insurance is purchased. Please see prices below to determine the additional fee for insurance coverage for items shipping via USPS. If choosing UPS, insurance is included up to $100. If the value of the item is over $100 it will be $1.50 and $.55 for each $100.

Handling Time
Merchandise will usually ship out in 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. International orders may take an additional business day.

Combined Shipping
If multiple items are won in the same week, we will combine shipping. Shipping cost will be based on the total weight of items plus a handling fee of $3.00 for the first auction and $.50 for each additional auction won. There will be certain circumstances when we cannot combine items for shipping (e.g. glassware with heavy objects).

International Shipping
Buyers outside of the U.S.A. are responsible for fees incurred through customs. Please take these fees into consideration before bidding. We are not responsible for paying for customs fees.

Local Pickup
Local pick up is always welcomed. All local pickups will be charged state and local sales tax plus a handling fee of $3.00. You MUST pick up your item within 10 days of the close of auction. Items can be picked up during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (by appointment). Please contact us after the auction to let us know what day and time you will be arriving to pick up your item.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to accurately list and photograph every item so you can buy with confidence! We are not experts and do make mistakes. Therefore, we can only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As-Is. Please do not leave negative feedback without contacting us first.

If the item was not as described in the auction, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. If you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving the item. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Item MUST be postmarked no more than 48 hours after return authorization is given. After the item has been received a refund will be issued.
