Shipping:  We do charge for shipping AND HANDLING. This covers our time in packing, our materials and packing supplies. If you think shipping is too high, please don't bid! We work to keep our shipping as reasonable as possible and will combine items to save you money on shipping whenever possible. We are not responsible for the condition of the item once it leaves our hands. We ship ONLY to the confirmed address listed. If you ask to have the item shipped to another location this could delay the sale or invalidate your bid. Most of our auctions are shipped USPS Priority with tracking included. Some items will be sent via another carrier, please check our listing for details. All glass objects will be required to pay for insurance. If there is a problem in shipping, you will be rpovided with the necessary information to file an insurance claim.  If you are buying a non glass item and want insurance, please ask for it and we will adjust the shipping cost in your invoice.

Sale Process:  We list our items as accurately as possible. We make no guarantees or representations beyond what is listed in our auctions. We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged in shipping.  If you have any concerns about an item you receive, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt or the sale is final. Please bid carefully. In many cases we do not own the items we are selling. We are selling the items for our clients who want to use eBay as another means for promoting their items.
