By bidding you are agreeing to a contract -- You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if you're the winning bidder. You are responsible for reading the full item listing, including the seller's instructions and accepted payment methods.

The rules should be simple; Bid, You Win, You Pay, and I Ship. I am not trying to cheat you, so don’t try to cheat me. But unfortunately because of my experience with dealing with people, I have to expand those rules. First of all, this is not Burger King, you do not get it your way. This is not a business location and my time is limited. I am a collector who is offering some unique and some not so unique items that I have acquired. If you don’t like the rules, please go someone else to find the item.

No Deals: I do not wheel and deal, I do EBay auctions. If there is no Buy-it-now price, I don’t have one, don’t ask for one, bid on the auction. I don’t need to sell anything, so don’t try to offer me a lower price, you’ll just get put in the block bidder list. Any offers made outside of EBay will be reported to EBay.

Condition: All items are used (“As Is”) and are sold as used unless noted. I do not claim to be an expert on the items listed and describe them to the best of my knowledge. I try to avoid using adjectives such as good, fine, and great because what may be good to me, may not be good to you. You may ask specific questions on the condition but please do not ask me to grade the item.

Electrical Items: These items are considered working if the motor works, the switch turns on, it lights up, or warms up. I do not fully test these items. Since it is used, do not expect it to work as good as a new item.

Questions: Please ask any questions you may have before bidding.  This is not a 24 hour business and questions asked on the last day of the listing may not get answered.  Also stupid questions will not be answered. I will not send you a picture of the cheerleaders’ pom poms out of a yearbook. Ask the question in English not text messaging. Rude people and people with bad feedback will be put in the blocked bidder list.

Pictures: EBay charges for additional pictures so I usually only show one. You may ask for additional pictures and I will provide them to you if I have time.

Shipping: Please check the cost of shipping, it is not cheap. I do add an S&H fee to cover my costs. If you have bought a roll of packing tape, you understand the expenses. I will combine items for lower shipping costs, just let me know. I use the United States Postal Service for my shipping. I prefer shipping priority mail but usually give you the option of parcel post or media mail (for media items). Priority mail is quicker and safer and usually not that more expensive. Parcel Post will be cheaper for heavier and larger packages.

I do not ship outside of the United States:  I do not have the time to stand in line at the Post office to ship outside of the US. I’m sorry.

I ship to registered Ebay / Paypal sites only: Because I use them to produce the shipping label and it is what the shipping costs are calculated on, I will not ship to any other address. Remember to keep your address up to date.

Local pick up is not available: I’m sorry I do not have time for people that don’t show up or want me to try to get with their child that happen to be going to school here. I have also encountered some of the rudest people that think they have a right to local pickup.

Insurance: Please consider purchasing insurance because items can get lost or damaged. The seller is not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping. If the optional insurance is not purchased, the buyer takes the responsibility for any loss. I know insurance is a hassle to collect and they will pay only for the bid value. I try and package things carefully (check my feedback) but things can be broken and than I get blamed, but you can only prove bad packaging by going through the insurance process. If they refuse payment because of bad packaging, I will refund your money (this has not happened yet).

Payment: I prefer Paypal but will accept a personnel check or money order. I will hold the item for 10 days if you pay with a personal check or money order.  If you are paying by check or money order, please email me and inform me. Payment is due within seven days of the auction end date. An unpaid dispute will be filed if the payment is not made. I have heard every story in the world and I’m sorry if you are having financial problems or your dog ate the homework, you are responsible for the payment.

Returns: I accept returns for a refund of the bid amount only. S&H charges are not refundable. The item must be returned to me within seven days in the same condition that it was shipped. All items are sold “As Is” and are returnable for the bid price, If  I say something works and it doesn’t turn on, than you will not be out any money. If there is a light scratch that I didn’t describe, you can return for the bid price only.
