Up for auction is this lot of 1 (or 2 if you count both sides ) Ammonite Fossil and 2 other fossils I am not sure the name of , some sort of " pod " I would  guess . All that is shown in the photo is exactly what will ship . Each Fossil has 2 pcs . These are very cool Fossils  , they come apart and go together sort of like a puzzle . Most folks who see them in my display have no clue what they are when they are together , but when you remove the rubber band that holds them together they will come apart in two halves and then you can see that they are very nice fossil specimens ,  as shown in the picture . These come from Nepal and also have a religious significance for some people of the Hindu faith . I believe they call them saligram and they are somehow related to Vishnu . Anyway I am no expert on Fossils or Hinduism but there is what I know about these and you can research further if you like . 

   I have never seen this type of  Nepal  fossil for sale in my part of the US . I  sell normally sell these retail for $ 15 to $ 18 each making the approximate retail value of this lot around $45 to $50 ++  but the bidding on This Lot will be starting at Only $ 24.95 !!!
