Description:

The Amplifier Research 50WD1000 is a portable, self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, solid state amplifier designed for applications where extensive bandwidth and high gain are required.  Push-pull circuitry is utilized in all of the high power stages in the interest of lowering distortion and improving stability.

The Model 50WD1000 covers the frequency range from DC to 1000MHz in two bands.  The low band covers from DC to 0.5 MHz.  The high band covers from 0.5 MHz to 1000 MHz.  These bands can be selected automatically, manually or by remote control through the remote connector.

The 50WD1000, when used with an RF sweep generator, will provide a minimum of 50 watts of swept power.  Provisions are included for the remote control of the basic operating functions of the amplifier.

The sale of all equipment described herein is conditioned upon the Terms and Conditions contained herein. Any additional or different terms that are proposed by Customer are hereby objected to and will not be binding upon Liberty Test Equipment unless specifically agreed to in writing by Liberty Test Equipment. Any order for or any statement of intent to purchase hereunder or any direction to deliver equipment shall constitute Customer's acceptance of all of Liberty Test Equipment's Terms and Conditions that are stated herein.

Shipment

F.O.B. point is Liberty Test Equipment's Inventory Center from which the shipment is made. Shipment will be made by means specified by the Customer and at the Customer's expense in accordance with Liberty Test Equipment's standard shipping and handling charges. Seller will not be responsible for damage to uninsured shipments.

Delivery dates are approximate. Liberty Test Equipment shall not be liable for delays in shipment due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of the Customer, acts of civil or military authority, Governmental priorities, strikes, fires, floods, epidemics, war, riot, delays in transportation or car shortages, or inability because of any cause beyond the reasonable control of Liberty Test Equipment to obtain necessary materials, components, services or facilities.

In the event of such delay, the date of the shipment shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of such delay.

Payment shall be in advance of shipment. Liberty Test Equipment accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are to be made in US Dollars.

During the warranty period described in these Terms and Conditions, Customer shall not undertake any repair, alteration, modification, or disassembly of the equipment without the prior written consent of Liberty Test Equipment.

Customer agrees to and shall be fully responsible for any loss of, or damage to, the equipment for any cause whatsoever. Customer shall pay all repair costs for any loss of, or damage to, the equipment.

Liberty Test Equipment warrants the equipment it sells to Customer for 30 days against any defective parts and for labor costs. Liberty Test Equipment also warrants that the equipment shall be shipped in good operating condition. However, if the shipped equipment is not in good working condition due to no fault of Customer, then Customer shall notify Liberty Test Equipment within three (3) days after receipt of the equipment. Liberty Test Equipment shall, at its option, either repair the equipment or supply replacement equipment subject to availability. Customer shall be responsible for shipping the equipment and paying the shipping costs back to Liberty Test Equipment, then Liberty Equipment shall then repair or replace the equipment, and pay shipping costs to provide Customer with repaired or replaced equipment.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu and exclusive of all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, oral or written. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Liberty Test Equipment does not warrant the merchantability of the components furnished or the equipment sold, or its fitness or suitability for any specific application or use. Liberty Test Equipment shall not be liable for any damage or losses regardless of reason or cause for its failure to discover, report, repair or modify latent defects or defects inherent in the design of the equipment.

Any warranty and right of return explicitly included in the description for a specific listing supersedes the aforementioned warranty clause.

Liberty Test Equipment shall provide feedback after receiving customer's feedback. EBay relies on trust built by its users to ensure satisfactory and safe transactions in the future. Therefore, any customer that has not provided feedback for a previous satisfactory transaction will be banned from all future auctions by Liberty Test Equipment. We reserve the right to cancel all bids belonging to such users without providing any prior warning.

With all that said, negative feedback cuts both ways, we would be more than pleased to try to solve any issue that may have come up as a result of any equipment you have purchased from us, give us a chance and you will be pleased.

The foregoing shall constitute the sole remedy of Customer and the sole liability of Liberty Test Equipment.
