"An Introduction to Acrylics" was written by Ray Smith and published by Dorling Kindersley, New York, in 1993.
Produced in association with Britain's Royal Academy of Arts, this book is part of the Dorling Kindersley Art School series.
From the rear cover blurb:
"Whether you've taken art classes or never held a brush before, An Introduction to Acrylics will show you everything you need to know about painting beautifully in this challenging--but rewarding--medium. Easy-to-follow projects, shown as they were created, teach the essentials while inspiring the student to tackle the increasingly complex techniques."
This is a hardcover, first-edition copy of this concise but comprehensive 92-page book. It is in fine condition, with no torn or bent pages, no scratches, stains or inscriptions, no remainder marks, no price-clipping, no bookplate, no flaws of any sort. It is as-new, with color photos and illustrations throughout. A fine addition to a beginning artist's resource library or a great gift for that acrylic-minded friend.
The dustjacket is in equally fine shape and is protected by a clear archival cover.
The original price as shown on the dustjacket sleeve was $16.95.
