Payment Methods

Payment by PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and American Express are the preferred methods of completing transactions. Credit Card numbers can be faxed to 1-613-688-0822

Please note that shipping from Canada to the USA or International locations via regular surface mail can take anywhere UP TO 8+ WEEKS depending on customs and border hold-ups. If you need your items quicker, shipping will cost more for express airmail.  Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the item. For this reason we WILL NOT ACCEPT Paypal for INTERNATIONAL SURFACE  ORDERS. This method of shipping must be paid for via credit card

Postal Charges

The majority of our listings include the postage rates which you can find by clicking on “POSTAGE RATES (OPENS NEW WINDOW)”

Best rate estimates are provided for Canada, the USA and International – which is ALL OTHERS. Oversized items will have their rates listed below the description or image.

 Rates may be subject to change due to 1- postage rate changes since the listing was created or 2 – special conditions due to the buyer’s remoteness from Canada

Multiple Wins

We do combine shipping with actual postal rates for multiple wins.  If you are planning on bidding on other items that do not end on the same day as your previous winnings, please e-mail us and let us know.  We will be happy to hold on to your purchases for up to a week pending the outcome of the other auctions unless other arrangements are made.

Taxes

We are a full time hobby store in Canada and eBay is our internet marketing vehicle. Canadians are responsible for their applicable tax(es), on the entire total, including postage : 8% PST + 5% GST in Ontario; 13% HST in the Maritimes; 5% GST anywhere else in Canada. There are NO taxes to anyone outside of our country.

Duration from Auction End to Payment

We would like all transactions finalized within 7 days of the auction's end.This includes payment sent by PayPal or a credit card number getting called in.If you require more time, please email us and let us know, we’re here to work with you. We will commence the non-payment process 14 days after the auction if we have not heard from the buyer.

We can also be reached at 613-288-1299, but it is preferred that this would be used to call in credit card numbers as not all members of our staff are involved in each aspect of the eBay auction system and may not know specifics about your item.
