| I measure the stamp from the rubber so the measurement given is the actual size of the stamp. This stamp measures a little over 3 1/8" x about 3". This is a brand new stamp it appears to be hand cut so it is not perfect from a machine. The image will stamp just fine it will not be affected. I do combine shipping on multiple purchases. If you are buying more than one item please wait for me to send an invoice with the adjusted shipping rates. This item is being quoted at U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. If another method of shipping is desired, at time of purchase or when bidding please email me so I can get that quote for you. I ship very quickly and once payment is received, I mail the item out the next day sometimes, even the same day. The only time that I don't usually ship the next day is if payment is received on Saturday then I ship on Monday morning. If for some reason it takes more time then a few days and it is being sent within the U.S., then the post office is slower than normal. If it sent outside the U.S. then the shipping time will be longer. I do ship to Canada and Overseas. The rates for Canada are the same for U.S. The rates for overseas is more expensive and will need to be quoted. The rates will depend on which country the item will be shipped to and the method of shipment. Pay Pal is the method of payment at this time. I value my customers and will do everything in my power to make the transaction as smooth as possible. However, please be advised that there is no negotiating on shipping costs, unless more than one item has been purchased and then combined shipping is applied. I try to make my shipping costs very fair, and I do not have any hidden costs. This applies to U.S. and Canada, since overseas does need to be quoted. I try to do my best with all customers, however please note that I do make mistakes so if an issue arises please allow me to make it right.
