All of our brand new items come with a 30-Days Warranty period starting on day the item was shipped.
We define the item as defective only if it doesn’t function as described.
It is the buyer responsibility to understand the item description before bidding.
We will replace the defective items, provided that they are in stock within our 30-days warranty period
We will ship replacement items to you at no additional cost.
We will refund the purchase price if the replacement is not available or buyer prefers a refund and send the original item back at his/her own cost.
Shipping & handling cost are not refundable.
After the 30-Days Warranty period is over, the manufacturer warranty will take effect, if applicable.
Man-made damage by abuse or wrong operation is not covered by this warranty.
All sales are considered final after the 30 days warranty period.

Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed; Otherwise Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with ebay

Product will be shipped within 3 days after full payment is received and verified.
Delivery Time is about 7 - 12 business days to most of countries.
Shipping insurance is optional. We are not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit.
The tracking number will be given for the customer to check the shipping status online (insured item only)
We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please verify your address during checkout.

Return policy:

BUYER shall inspect the equipment upon receipt of the package. If buyer deems equipment packaging to be damaged, it is the BUYER's responsibility to photograph the package and notify us immediately. SHIPPING DAMAGE IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SELLER. Buyer must notify seller of any defects or non-conformity whatsoever in the equipment within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Failure of BUYER to notify us shall constitute an acceptance of the Equipment and waiver of all defects and/or nonconformity in the Equipment.
In case of damages due to shipping, buyer decides whether to keep or return the equipment within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. No return will be accepted after 5 days of receipt. Seller will not be responsible for damage to uninsured shipments. Buyer should confirm the item description before bidding. Seller has no responsibility for buyer's mistake in bid and won't refund the payment under such condition after shipment.
