 Part of Harper's Art Library, published by Harper & Brothers Publishers out of New York in 1950.  The book shows signs of age but not really wear: what I mean by that is some slight yellowing of the pages can be seen.  It is in overall excellent condition, and its dust jacket is also in very good shape.
