This is a process where I hand carve Linoleum and then use a press to print with ink on rice paper. I then hand paint the flowers and the background with water color. The title is called "Waiting for Sunflowers".-Anne

Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment	1.I except Pay Pal only. With Pay Pal you can use your credit cards and checks. Please only bid if you have a Pay Pal account. 2. Please note the the photos which are shown are not to scale with each painting. I will always have the size in the listing. If you like a painting and need a smaller or larger size with the same colors and composition email me and I will paint you another and place it in my store with a Buy it Now price for you. 3. All monitors are not the same so you will need to email me with your color questions or mail me samples of the colors you need. 4. I do not give refunds only merchandise credit once the painting is mailed back to me. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for returns. I will do my best to make you happy and will paint you another painting if necessary. 5. Please note that I am Gallery represented in Europe, Mexico and the United States and many of my paintings off EBay sell for much more money. I sell on EBay because of my strong belief that everyone should be able to buy original paintings.
Fees	I charge taxes for the state of Idaho which is currently 6 percent. I do not charge any extra handling charges in addition to shipping charges. If you live in Idaho you may save yourself shipping costs by picking your painting up from my gallery. Please call for directions and time when my gallery is open. I will also paint murals on walls in Idaho and can place the cost on Buy it Now which can be paid though Pay Pal on EBay.Email or call for a quote.
Shipping	1. International must have or apply for a FEDEX account number with a $10.00 handling fee. It only takes a few minutes to apply for a FEDEX account. 2. I offer FEDEX home ground service or to your place of business. I can combine shipping only with FEDEX EXPRESS which must be calculated before final payment is made. 3. For shipment to Alaska or Hawaii the size is limited to 30x30 painting and will be shipped with USPS. The cost must be calculated before the final payment if not the painting will be removed from the wood frame and mailed in a tube, or if the painting is over the size of 30x30. 4. In the event the painting is damaged in shipment I will repaint another painting with the same colors and close to the original composition after the painting is reported damaged and returned by FEDEX to me. 5. I often purchase used boxes to recycle and make many of my own boxes to fit these large painting to save in cost which is good for you and good for our environment. 6. I live in a small town and the cost to many areas of the United States can be very costly. I try to place a flat rate for the whole country to over set this high cost of shipping and I try to be fair in my prices. The larger the size of painting the higher the cost for shipping. 7. No refunds only merchandise credit and all shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. 8. For large commission paintings please email me for the cost of shipping before payment on EBay. Often it is cheaper to have me paint on canvas only then have the buyer have the painting stretched on frames at a local frame shop then to pay the high cost of shipping.
Delivery	1.I will ship out the painting after the payment is cleared though Pay Pal from 7 to 10 days because of the three coats of UV coating and varnish that I apply at the time of the sale. This coats need to have time to dry and cure. Please note this does not included holidays and weekends because most shipping companies do not work weekends. 2. I sign the back of the painting unless the buyer prefers me to sign the front. 3. All my paintings are my designs which I hand paint and are copyrighted. I include a certificate of authenticity with every painting which includes the name of the painting. 3. I then make boxes to fit the painting snugly so there is no movement in the box. I do all the packaging and shipping myself. 4. Most shipping companies do not ship on weekend unless they are shipped Express.
Refunds & Returns	1.Item must be returned within 7 Days. No money will be refunded. I will only give merchandise credit. 2.Return Policy Details are that all shipping costs are paid by buyer for merchandise credit. No refunds. 3.For best results with all paintings a spot light gives the best results and colors will become bolder and brighter. Various monitors will show colors different, please email with questions of colors. 4.The painting is an abstract expression. Unless other wise noted. 5.If you need specific colors I will make sure those colors are used if you send color swatches for painting orders which will be paid through EBay. 6.I will be happy to paint what you need. I am also available for murals for private and corporate which can be done on canvas or done directly on walls. All costs of flights, supplies, and the actual mural work, must be paid in advance through Ebay. 7. I am also available for hands on workshops for Corporate Team-Bonding Experience and retreats. All costs of flights, supplies and my expertise must be paid in advance through EBay.
