This is a 14" Annette Funicello Ballerina Bear collectible bear. It has the Certificate of Authenticity which reads:

Our beautiful Ballerina bear is from the "Scrapbook Bears" Collection designed by
American artist Joanne Mitchell in collaboration with Annette Funicello especially for Annette Funicello Collectible Bear Company.
Each of the Scrapbook Bears portrays characters that Annette played on the Mickey Mouse Club. The Ballerina bear is taken from a scene in Spin and Marty.
The Ballerina is distinguished by a signature pin designed by Anette, is a limited edition bear and is hand numbered on the certificate.

As you can see from the photos, she is light brown with a cute pink tutu, pink ballet shoes that have ribbon ties up her ankles, and a pink flowery hair piece.

She has a pin in his ear and a handtag on his left wrist.

She comes with a metal stand to hold her upright. However, she has never been out of the box and is dust free. She comes from a smoke-free home.

Her legs and arms are both articulated and move back and forth. She is really cute!

The original collector box has been crushed on the top of the box but has protected her all these years. The tag on the box states C9695 - Ballerina.
