"Laura" is the 2nd addition to the Bearied Treasures Collection. She is about 5" in height & fully jointed. "Laura is sculpted in soft tan plush. she has black, shoe-button eyes & her nose & mouth are carefully hand stitched. Dressed in Victorian lace finery, she sits ever so elegantly atop a forest green jewelry box. Laura is surrounded by an array of buttons & beads, in glimmering jewel tones that shimmer with every ray of light. Laura's jewelry box also has an old-fashioned music box, which plays the tune "Laura's Theme" with beautiful sound quality. This is Annette's father,Joe's, favorite song. As with all of the bears in the Bearied Treasures Collection, Laura's jewelry box is the perfect place to keep your own personal Bearied Treasures. Laura was designed by award winning teddy bear artist, Genie Buttitta in collaboration with Annette Funicello exclusively for the Annette Funicello Collectible Bear Company. She is a Limited Edition bear, hand numbered (#237 of 4500) on the Certificate of Authenticity & is distinguished by a signature logo pin & hang tag , designed by Annette. (Annette founded the Annette Funicello Collectible Bear Company in 1992 to help fund research for neurological disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis, which she has been diagnosed with since 1987.) Made in Thailand. In Perfect Condition - only used in bear collection display in my smoke-free home.
