This is a 12" Annette Funicello Shorty Clown Bear collectible bear. It has the Certificate of Authenticity which reads:

Shorty, our Clown Bear, is part of our "Bears on Parade" Collection and was designed by American bear artist Joyce Haughey in collaboration with Annette Funicello especially for Annette Funicello Collectible Bear Company.
Anette has always had a love of parades and the curcus, and she created this beautiful and cute bear and named it after her Dad who is always "clowning" around.
Shorty is distinguished by a signature pin designed by Anette, is a limited edition bear and is hand numbered on the certificate.

As you can see from the photos, Shorty is a medium-brown color with what looks like suade paws and feet pads. His outfit is a decorative cloth with yellow pom-pom accents, and a floppy neck ruffle.

He has a pin in his ear and a handtag on his left wrist.

He comes with a metal stand to hold him upright. However, he has never been out of the box and is dust free. He comes from a smoke-free home.

His legs and arms are both articulated and move back and forth.

The original collector box has a little dent in the front of the box and a tear in the bottom but is all in one piece. . The tag on the box states C9658 - Shorty.
