About Us

Bikewagon sells high-performance, name-brand bike parts and accessories at discount prices. Okay, so with the official stuff out of the way, let's tell you about who we really are. Basically, we're a bunch of pretty cool guys and gals trying to run an online business where cyclists of all varieties like to shop.
 
We love to ride. Some of us are into road racing, some of us are mountain bikers, and some of us (or at least one of us) are fixie nuts. Most of us are pretty young, but we have a few more experienced folks around to keep us grounded and on track.

Most items are shipped the next business day (Unless otherwise specified in item listing). You'll get an automated shipping email when it is ships. We use USPS and FedEx ground. We offer affordable combined shipping! Regular price for the heaviest item and then $3.00 each for additional items to the US and $4.00 for international shipments.
 
 
 
Our standard international shipment is by international 1st class mail. That service can take up to four or five weeks and doesnt have a tracking number. If you want faster delivery or a tracking number please upgrade to International Express Mail. Because of different package requirements we might not be able to ship to your country for larger items. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our Goal is to make each customer happy with their purchase. If there is an error in the listing specifications and you would like to return the item we will pay the return shipping charges and give a full refund. If you would like to return the product for any other reason, you may return it as long as it is in the original condition as when it was purchased with packaging. We will refund the amount you paid for the item less shipping. Please call or email us for a return authorization number. No returns after 30 days. We will file a mutual agreement not to complete the transaction with Ebay for all returns. Returns of product that included Free Shipping will be refunded less the actual shipping charge that was spent to ship the product.
