Comes with 2 meter (6.5 feet) cable ("pigtail") with RP-MMCX connector.  Plug directly into your wireless card!    The cable is LMR100A, which is low-loss cable of much higher quality than the black pigtail cables, which are RG174.   LMR100A is about 5x the cost and quality of RG174. The higher quality of the cable of this antenna translates into lower loss/better performance.
