For sale is the handy Antenna Reacher, 60 inches long, aluminum ends and tubing, great for stringing antenna wires through tree branches, you can push wire up or pull down to clear branches with grabber end.
This Reacher tool will make your camping trips and Amateur Radio portable operating more fun, helps run those wire antennas up, through and around tree branches. Push or pull the low hanging branches out of the way, help the wires go up through trees without having to look in the woods for long sticks to use! Great for putting up any wire antennas when camping, dipoles, verticals, a G5RV or wire vee beam.
ARRL Field Day PROVEN! The Antenna Reacher was used during construction of 3 wire antennas at a Field Day site in Wyoming in June 2009! The Antenna Reacher tubing is articulated, hinged in the middle for easy transportation and storage. Steel cable runs from handle to grabber end.
This tool is long enough that it is easy to grab, pull or push antenna wire or a branch that is 6 feet above your head.
The Reacher also makes a handy tool for getting wasps nests down from the eves of a house without using a ladder!
