GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER):  VG++    Excellent cover with a one inch piece of tape on the top seam and a little "white out" on the back, otherwise near mint in every way.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M-    Very clean with a couple of sleeve marks that do not effect play.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:    Includes original Blue Note ad inner sleeve.
