Let me start by saying that I know very little about this sort of thing. It has been very hard for me to research due to it's unusually large capacity. The plate reads 12000 volts, 150 amperes, 60 cycles, style no mysteriously blank (custom maybe? internal use?), serial number 2531222. Last patent date may 11th 1915. It's about 12" in diameter. I have found no other examples of this watt-hour meter, however I have managed to find a number of references to the 12000v, 60 cyl, specifications used for sending power between plants and their respective substations, where it was converted to more usable voltages.

Would love to hear from anyone with more input on this, if you have any questions please let me know, I will do my best to answer them.
