It has 11 genuine Diamonds

 Appraisal reads: "Ladies 14K white gold diamond ring, set with 11 old mine cut diamonds in brite cut settings. The three larger diamonds weigh approximately .10 carats each with an average clarity of SI-1 and H-I color. The smaller diamonds weigh approximately .03 to .04 carats each."
