WE COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS. YOU CAN PICK-UP OR INSPECT LISTED ITEMS AT OUR EBAY STORE FRONT LOCATED AT 90 FORREST AVE, COCOA, FL. OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK 9 AM - 6 PM EXCEPT SUN. 12(NOON) - 5 PM. BUYER PAYS FOR ACTUAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS.

INSURANCE: INSURANCE IS BASED UPON SELLING PRICE. IF INSURANCE IS REFUSED, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE AND ITEM CAN?T BE RETURNED.

INSURANCE CLAIMS: When you elect to take out insurance on the items you have purchased it is your responsibility to file the insurance claim in the unlikely event a claim is needed. This is the policy of the carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) and not of KARENSHOMEDEOCR. We will be happy to advise you in filing your claim. Just call us at 321-632-1944 and we will do what we can.

SHIPPING/HANDLING TIME: We at KARENSHOMEDECOR ship a large number of items each and every day. We make every effort to ship expeditiously but due to the volume of our shipping department we require up to 5 days before we ship your item. This time is especially needed when delicate or large items are shipped. Our handling fee that is included in our shipping cost is there to defray the expenses of having a shipping department. For instance, we have to supply the popcorn, the bubble wrap, the boxes, wrapping paper, etc., and we also employ professional packers.

The shipping calculator factors in a handling charge on all items. Packing doesn't appreciably add to the weight of an item but it DOES add to the size of the package being shipped and THAT will change the cost. If you want to bid on an item that has $20 S&H and you have budgeted $50 then only bid $30. Your fellow ebayer has the same advantage or disadvantage as you.
