This policy is valid in The United States of America; other countries please see additional international information below.  Due to the rare nature of the items being sold, we offer a limited return policy, by purchasing from The Collector Detector you agree to the following terms.  All items are inspected and tested prior to listing with all results published.  All items are well packed for shipping with tracking options provided via email.  Returns are allowed with authorization within the first 72 hours from delivery; official deliver notification provided by the United States Postal Service or FedEx.  Refunds will be provided as either In-Store-Credit, PayPal Refund or Partial Refund at The Collector Detector's discretion (case-by-case).  All shipping and return shipping costs are non negotiable or refundable.  Return shipping must be insured; non insured items not accepted.  Return shipping must be authorized by The Collector Detector; unauthorized returns not accepted.  Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours to be claimed with the United States Postal Service or FedEx; do not discard any shipping materials.  Damage claims/refunds are provided by the United States Postal Service or FedEx.  We leave positive feedback for the buyer after payment; however if the buyer leaves negative or neutral feedback before contacting us, buyer waives their right for product support, return or refunds.  Items are guaranteed to match listing description upon delivery.  Items are sold with no warranty; please see item description for full details regarding item guarantee, function, partial function or non function.   Although rare, the shipping company is responsible for all delivery failures and shipping refunds, if any.
