Antique Baby Gown~ Hand Sewn~FRENCH WHITEWORK!!!!!!~~~~~~Long gown of fine cotton. Puffy Sleeves with scalloped edges with button hole stitches. Beautiful French Whitework on yoke-down front and at bottom hem. Scalloped hem with buttonhole stitching. Has fine verticle pin tucks on back of gown with button back closure with one sweet little Mother of Pearl Shell button. One button is missing. Gown in in very very good condition considering age. Has been freshly laundered and ironed. There are no stains at all. There are a few very tiny pin holes and one very small tear near the hem on the back of gown. For a baby approx. 6 months of age.
