Estate find, wow, very rare, very early, I believe this an 1890's acetylene gas lamp. It is marked The Brass Mfg. Co. Kenoshaw, Wisconson, USA, solar, has mounting bracket I think was for a bicycle, but doing some research I've discovered they were also used on some automobiles and even some motorcycles. It has one green and one red prisim lense like you find on a boat 1 1/2" diameter and it is 5" tall and 4" wide. There is a crack on the threads where it would screw into the tank(there is no tank) but otherwise looks to be in good condition for it's age, completely UNTESTED, SELLING AS IS AS SHOWN. Please see my other aucitons this week for more antique lamps, cast iron pans and kitchenware, hunting and fishing and more.
US shipping/handling $15.85.
Please note, unless noted as new, the items I am auctioning are old and/or used. Because of this, they are sold AS IS, as found, the same as in any other auction. I will try to describe these items to the best of my ability and would not misrepresent anything intentionally. I list the defects, problems and imperfections I see on the items, but I can sometimes miss something or make a mistake. I will admit that I am not an expert on everything I sell so please look at the pictures for condition and e-mail me with any questions before bidding. I try to answer every question asked, but cannot guarantee an answer if you ask the day the auction ends.
