This is a pre-civil war (1865) I'm guessing around 1850 New Hampshire post and beam timber frame with mortise and tenon joinery that is pegged together. There is some rot on the frame. It's definitely repairable and we have extra timbers of the same era available to fix it for you. The $35,000 price is including doing the repairs to fix the rot. This frame has grayed a bit from being in the weather for the last year. The dark color that most people find desirable is still attainable by cleaning and oiling the wood to bring out the aged patina. It has gun stock corners and posts, It's a nicely built frame.

If you are interested in just beams not a complete frame I have beams from other frames available or may be willing to break this one up depending on what you need. Individual beam prices range from $2.50 to $7.00/ bdft depending on length and quality. I also have Chestnut beams of smaller sizes at this time and larger ones coming.
