I send shipping notifications to all buyers the day your item is shipped. If your spam blockers prevent this from being received, you need to make adjustments.

I usually ship Priority Mail, insured, unless otherwise specified.  Questions are always welcome. Please take the time to read the title and description and review the image before asking a question.  If a characteristic of an item is not covered in the listing and the buyer does not ask a question pertaining to that characteristic – there would be no grounds for a complaint or a return. Slow pay and poor communication do not receive positive feedback.  Seller is not responsible for uninsured shipments that are damaged or lost. Liability for insured shipments rests with the carrier. I keep all receipts and will be happy to furnish, if required. Any other complaints you have with the carrier, register them with the carrier. Once I have shipped the item, I have fulfilled my contract obligations. No returns.

Unfortunately- due to the bad behavior of a few buyers- I will no longer post feedback for buyers until they have posted feedback for me.

I rarely relist items. If I do relist- they are put into “my stores’. Therefore- if you want them – bid on them. They will not get any cheaper.

In several instances- I purchase new cartons and bubble wrap. These costs are included in shipping and handling.
