Found this item at an estate sale.
I guess it’s some kind of very old wind gauge.
The fan blade turns like crazy when you take it out in the wind and even setting here under a ceiling fan it spins freely.
The gauge needles do not move when the fan blade turns....might be an easy fix for someone knowledgeable. Also one needle has come off the THDS meter but it’s still in there under the glass.
Comes with the box, the leather covering needs to be reattached to the top.
I can not find any manufacture info or any wording or numbers on the unit.

**One more important bit of info**.......Recently I’ve had a member of the Ebay community wanting to haggle with me on the shipping cost and other terms of the auction after he had won the item...... I really do not appreciate that kind of activity and will not change the terms of the auction once it is completed.
