Original 12" Antique Brass Ships Bell Complete With Original Bracket & Striker

Years ago after the bell was purchased, I took it to be cleaned, but unfortunately the guy polished and clear coated it. As you can see some of the laquer is coming off at the bottom of the bell and starting to patina. Just haven't had time to remove the laquer.

Measurements: 12" across. The height from bottom of bell to top of bell is 11". The top diameter of the bell is 6". The striker length is 9 1/2". The bracket extension is 8" from the wall to the center of the bolt hole. There are a few scratched that are not uncommon due to the age of the bell.

The teak backing is new and so is the lanyard. The lanyard was made for us by a friend who is an old salty sea dog. Also includes mounting bracket.

We had a family plaque on the bottom of the teak backing, it was removed.
