Antique Brunswick Billiards Victorian Pool Table

This is a 9 foot table produced by Brunswick-Balke-Collender co about 1890. The model is known as the 'Manhattan'. It is in mint condition with only a refinishing job needed on the rails, which I have done. The table is loaded with carved panels of burl ash and qtr sawn oak. All of this done by hand before the discovery of electricity. 4 piece slate 1 inch thick, it is perfect. The rails are veneered mahagony or cherry wood. Oddly, not Rosewood as is usual for this rare model. Real ivory diamond rail sights. The pockets are not original and I would probably replace them for the new owner. Table was possibly a carom table because the pockets are #6 style. Doesn't hurt the value. Tables of this vintage and style sell for $30,000 or more in some markets. This is my third 'Manhattan' and the 2 I have sold went for $22k each. I deliver and install everywhere in the U.S. Christmas delivery possible. Next Spring or Summer O.K. too.
