It is un-seasoned. In the photosI took a damp sponge to one side so you can see how it would look after clean but it is dusty and has some LIGHT "SURFACE" rust (inside as well) which will clean up nicely with a fine steel wool pad and a little elbow grease - not too bad though. No holes or cracks - possibly a chip on the edge of the spout? (see photos)

This measures 8" inches tall at the top of the lid by 12" inches across (to outer spout). Including the handle it measures approx. 12 & 1/4" tall.
