This one is from my personal collection and is of exceptional quality.  It is hand crafted in 800 silver and inlaid with enamel.  The out cobalt blue is marbleized with black.  The hand painted interior scene of Victorian dancers is spectacular.  The outside rim and underside is ornately decorated.  The inside has a beveled mirror and the base is marked "17".  It is made for a replacement powder.  Surface scratches on the inside only and loss of vermeil on the outside.  Few flea bite nicks in the cobalt as photoed.  Measures 3" inches wide and 5/8" deep.
