I am no expert on dolls or antiques. I saw another doll listed that looked very similair to mine that was listed as an antique German china head doll. This is a shoulderhead doll. The body of this doll is very dirty and in very poor condition and the arms are missing and the left leg is in very poor condition all of the sawdust or straw like fiber is gone from the left foot. The head was also very dirty, but I cleaned it up and as you can see from the pictures looks very nice. This doll has sculpted blonde hair,blue eyes, rosy pink cheeks and lips. My husband and I acquired this doll through an estate that was left to him. I cannot find any writing or markings of any kind on this doll.
