It is clearly embossed: "Decker Animal Marker, Keokuk, Iowa; Pat Appd For" on the handles. This tool was used for marking livestock, and can still be used today. It features a cutter and wooden block that shows the marking made. This old tool is ready for use or display, and will be a welcome addition to your shop or collection, at a Low start price with no reserve.
