Antique Vintage Edwardian Hat And Millinery Supply Catalog

Not often are these early millinery catalogs found. Sometimes a few hats are combined with catalogs featuring clothing and accessories but to find a complete catalog dedicated to the early Edwardian era millinery trade is a treat. Written on the outside of the catalog is the date 1914. The catalog is issued by the Millinery Material Company. New York, Chicago and St. Louis. The catalog contains 32 pages with 8 pages in full color. The remainder are black and white. A few pages at the back of the catalog of hat ornamentations, flowers, rosettes, feathers, braids and ribbons supplies. The hats are to die for ...especially if you love this era from the age of the Titanic to the 1920's. Also shown are several pages of hat forms (undecorated hats) for a millinery shops to purchase and embellish. All type of hats are shown from straw to cloth to lace. Certainly a wonderful catalog. Condition is good but not perfect as it has seen normal usage over the time. Long ago someone has written in pen on the front cover a list of items. No torn pages inside. Size of the catalog is 8" x 11". Please contact me if more information is needed.
