Antique Victorian Brass Doorknob Set "Roanoke" c1895 by Corbin
Here's a handsome set. These antique brass doorknobs and plates were made around 1895 by P. and F. Corbin. The pieces have a delightful and bold asymmetrical scallop & swirl design that was named "Roanoke". The plates and one of the knobs have a coppery patina; the other doorknob is a bit more gold. All of these knobs and plates are in excellent condition with light wear, but for the center of one doorknob being slightly flattened. Beautiful set.
Doorknobs are 2 1/4" diameter. Doorplates are 2" wide by 8" long, and are 2 1/4" from center of shaft to center of upper keyhole. Rod and screws are included.
