Your are bidding on a vintage piece of farm equipment.  This piece was part of our grandparents property and we were going to use it for decorating on our land but have since decided not too.  We are not farmers and would have no other use for it.  We do not know the manufacturer or the year.  We are not sure what parts, if any are missing or broken, or if it can be used for anything but decoration.  We were told that someone with some creativity could remove the disc sets and individually use them for smaller gardens.  The item is sold as is. This is a large piece of equipment.
