A beautiful, genuine vintage mirror with a lovely decorative frame with a gilt ‘gilt’ finish. This frame has an unusual pierced pattern with a series of holes spaced around the frame- unusual and very ornate. The mirror is one of those classic and highly sought after convex glass mirrors, that typically sat above the mantle piece- and that show the whole room in its curved surface- despite being quite small. This is in fact of the smaller such mirrors of this kind I've seen- and would look beautiful in a bathroom, bedroom or indeed above the mantle- just like my grandma used to have!.

A couple of very fine scratches to the mirror however condition is in fact excellent to this guaranteed original antique, fame free of chips to the delicate plaster moulding. .
