Antique Gimballed Nautical Brass Ship Wall Oil Lamp
This beautiful gimballed brass ship oil lamp, I am told it's from around the 1880's, it would hang on the wall, someone put it on a piece of wood so it would stand up better. The wick part has been replaced along with the glass chimny, so wick moves freely. The lamp measures 5" across from nut to nut in center of lamp, 8 1/4" from front to back of wall mount and 9" H Base to top of wick, with a 8.5" chimny. It's in great condition for it's age but does have a small amout of rust or discolor on the front, I believe it's brass because a magnet will not stick to most of it. I am not sure who made it but it looks like a Perko but I am not sure. It will still work on any boat/ship today, just hang it on the wall. This is a very heavy lamp being almost 5 lbs with out chimny. Truly a very beautiful piece in great condition to add to any nautical collection.

My shipping days are Tuesday and Friday. I ship Priority Mail or FedEx, but I use the Post office calculator for shipping cost. I pack very well and will not over charge in shipping like other do.
