Wonderful, totally all original antique, second quarter 19th century, glass eye papier mache doll. She is a hair under 14" tall, including her wood shoes. She has molded hair with individual brush strokes around her face. Ears are exposed. Her lace hat is pinned (nailed) right into her head & I'll not remove it. She has almost no crazing on her face, but does have a nose rub, which is dirty, so photographed looking worse than it really is. Only a faint pink line remains of her mouth. Her lower arms & hands are carved wood & very well done with a nice size separate thumb.
Her costume is entirely all original, and has never been removed. There is damage (age wear) to her skirt--thankfully it is on the back). Her cotton underthings are crispy but soft. She has dark brown stockings and wooden clogs that are nailed into her feet. The paper on the back of her costume says "Holland (Very Old)" It is typewritten, probably added by a previous owner. On the back of her petticoat is U.S. Customs tag.
Clothing is intricately atyled--apron is red check cotton at the top, bottom part is black wool.
Questions always welcome.

I've not attempted to clean her face:
The underwear is a very thin cotton with a papery feel to it:
