 This is the popular "Golden Rule" Coffee Mill from Arcade Mfg. Co. The rare piece has been cleaned, is complete and in working order. This mill was manufactured by Arcade for the Citizens Wholesale Supply Co. of Columbus, Ohio. Citizens sold medicines, toiletries and their Golden Rule blend of coffee from 1900 to 1920. The coffee was so popular that they had Arcade make them this mill. Front reads: GOLDEN RULE BLEND COFFEE THE FINEST BLEND IN THE WORLD THE CITIZENS WHOLESALE SUPPLY CO. COLUMBUS OHIO. Catch glass is included.  This particular model also has the rare large rectangular opening on the top.  Most of the Golden Rules had small circular openings.

 Piece is mounted on old wood with mount holes. It measures 18" x 5.5" and is 8.5" deep including the handle. Glass is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or breaks.
