Antique Green Whittled MASONS 1858 Ground Lip Fruit Jar

Offered for auction is an antique green whittled quart size MASON'S PATENT NOV 30TH 1858 fruit jar with a ground lip.  This jar has many imperfections from manufacturing such as a "blob" of glass on the center of the Consolidated Fruit Glass Co. trademark, MANY bubbles, a rough seam and a rough ground lip.  This jar also has a X-60 marked on the bottom.

This jar displays wonderfully with great whittling.  It is in very good condition with some small chips on the lip.  No cracks!  This jar was found in the basement of an old rural western PA house that is being cleaned out for razing.  I do combine shipping at the actual costs, so check out my other items - I will be listing many other collectible fruit jar from this same estate!!  All of my domestic packages are sent with delivery receipt and a tracking number.  Email me with any additional questions...
